Terms & Conditions for Dunia4D

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and Dunia4D (hereinafter "Dunia4D", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://dunia4d.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and related digital services.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or using any feature of the Dunia4D platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and Dunia4D.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the Dunia4D website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications or digital services operated by the Company.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Member on the Platform.
• "Member" / "User" / "Player" means any individual who has registered a valid account on the Dunia4D Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's Account, including real-money deposits and any credited bonus amounts where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, or other incentive amounts credited to a Member's Account by the Company.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Member must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by Dunia4D to authenticate a Member's identity.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, brand names, software, game content, database rights, and other proprietary material owned by or licensed to Dunia4D.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the Dunia4D Platform, a Member must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an active account;
• Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside;
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly illegal;
• Not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of Dunia4D or any of its affiliated service providers;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order on this Platform or any affiliated platform;
• Provide accurate, complete, and verifiable personal information during registration and at all times during account maintenance;
• Agree to use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

Dunia4D reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, or address at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe stipulated by Dunia4D may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the Member's Account.

Account Registration & Management

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the Dunia4D Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, Dunia4D reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit all Bonus Funds without prior notice.

4.2 Account Security

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including their username and password. Dunia4D will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other unsolicited communication channel. Any activity carried out through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — shall be deemed to be your responsibility. You must notify Dunia4D support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Dunia4D conducts identity verification in accordance with applicable regulations and responsible gambling obligations. Members may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), proof of residential address (recent utility bill, bank statement), or proof of payment method ownership. Verification requirements may be triggered upon registration, prior to any withdrawal request, or at any time at Dunia4D's discretion.

4.4 Account Currency

All Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made via DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay are processed in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Dunia4D is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 10 per transaction. Deposits are processed in real time via supported payment channels including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Dunia4D does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges for which Dunia4D bears no responsibility.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to full completion of KYC verification and compliance with any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. Processing times are typically within 15 minutes for verified accounts, though complex cases may take up to 24 hours.

Dunia4D reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above MYR 10,000 per transaction or where unusual account activity is detected. Such reviews may require additional documentation and temporarily delay processing.

5.3 Unclaimed Balances

Account balances that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an administrative dormancy fee of MYR 20 per month, applied once the balance falls below MYR 100. Members will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

Bonuses & Promotions

Dunia4D offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this Section. In the event of any conflict, the specific terms of the individual promotion shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) is specified on each individual promotion page. Players are advised to review these requirements carefully before opting in to any bonus.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per spin, hand, or round is MYR 300 unless a lower limit is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are in play may result in cancellation of the bonus and any derived winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards clearing a Wagering Requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as Baccarat and Blackjack typically contribute 10–20%; live casino games may contribute 0%. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement within the specified validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit) will be forfeited automatically.
• Abuse of Promotions: Dunia4D reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, engaging in low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit promotion terms, or any other form of systematic bonus exploitation.

Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the Dunia4D Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are subject to independent testing to ensure fairness. Dunia4D shall not be liable for any system failures, connectivity interruptions, or technical errors that affect the outcome or settlement of a game, provided that all commercially reasonable measures have been taken to maintain Platform integrity.

In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, payout rates, or game mechanics displayed due to a technical fault — Dunia4D reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the respective Members' Accounts. The decision of Dunia4D in such matters is final.

For sports betting, all bets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia fixtures; the Premier League for EPL matches). Dunia4D does not accept liability for delays in result confirmation where such delays originate from the governing body.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Dunia4D Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gather data;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other parties to exploit market prices or game outcomes;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with Dunia4D;
• Registering multiple Accounts or allowing third parties to use your Account;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, probe, or otherwise compromise the security or technical infrastructure of the Platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that Dunia4D reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other Members or to Dunia4D staff.

Suspension & Termination

Dunia4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where required by applicable law or regulation, or where necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

Upon Account closure for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), any remaining real-money balance net of all applicable deductions will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe, except where prohibited by law or where funds are subject to an ongoing investigation. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds shall be forfeited.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting Dunia4D support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dunia4D, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

Dunia4D's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Dunia4D makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game information, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

Responsible Gambling

Dunia4D is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help Members maintain control of their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality check notifications, and voluntary self-exclusion options.

The Dunia4D Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We operate a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling and take active measures to prevent access by persons under the minimum age requirement.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Dunia4D Platform — including but not limited to the Dunia4D brand name, logo, game content, software, databases, user interface designs, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of Dunia4D or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, redistribution, modification, commercial use, or public display of any Platform content without the prior written consent of Dunia4D.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dunia4D holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with Dunia4D's customer support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of a recognised arbitral institution.

For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Section limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in Malaysia.

Amendments to These Terms

Dunia4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, Dunia4D will endeavour to notify Members via the email address registered on their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 9.
